Unreal Media is a video production house operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, under ACV Venture. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. What we collect
We only collect what you type into this site yourself.
- Project enquiries. Your name, email address, company (if you give one), what you are interested in, and your message.
- Newsletter sign ups. Your email address, nothing else.
- Technical logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used to keep the site running and to stop abuse, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third party analytics on this site, and we do not track you across other websites.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to quote for the work you asked about.
- To send you the newsletter if you asked for it.
- To keep the website secure, available and free of spam.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
3. Who processes it for us
A small number of service providers handle data on our behalf, only so that this site can work:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes request logs.
- Make.com receives enquiry form submissions and passes them to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the resulting message so a producer can reply to you.
- Fontshare serves the typefaces used on the page.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to twenty four months afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our host and then rotate out.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equivalent rules elsewhere, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to business@agentsclan.xyz and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Children
This site is meant for businesses commissioning production work. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Unreal Media who need it to answer you. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach ever affects your data.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
